About the Client
The Arab American Association of Engineers and Architects (AAAEA) is a non-profit, non-political, non-religious professional association. It is open to all architects, engineers and computer science professionals and students of Arab heritage residing in the USA.
Established in the State of Illinois in 1997, the AAAEA IL chapter enjoys a strong presence in the Chicagoland area and other areas around the state.
Our Impact
The AAAEA Illinois Chapter organization (AAAEA-IL) had a WordPress based theme modified by the IT Committee Chair as most organizations do to limit costs. We were able to help the chapter reinvent their brand through a brand new website, branding material, and a more efficient automated website features.
Website Redesign & Automation
The website redesign developed by Cercle Design Studios modernized the current website and made the website automated to make it much more efficient for the chapter administration to use for events, scholarship applications, and member benefits. Cercle Design Studios worked very closely with the client to make sure their design and brand is represented perfectly on their updated website.
Process Automation
As Cercle Design Studios updated the AAAEA IL-’s website, Cercle Studios worked with the organization’s executive board to help automate a lot of the processes on their website including but not limited to:
- Scholarship applications
- Membership Sign up & payment
- PayPal integral with website
- Sponsorship application
- Various contest
Membership Organization & Benefits Boost
Cercle Design Studios created a membership only log in page allowing the organization to promote benefits for the members only without having to create them manually for each member. The members simply sign up on the website and are automatically organized based on their membership status (Full Members, student members, etc…) automatically and benefits are sorted accordingly. The members would in turn receive emails about their membership automatically from the website without the need for excessive organization interference.
